The Zabeltitz Farm Museum is located in an old three-sided farmhouse in the middle of the Zabeltitz district. Built around 1810, the half-timbered building, which is well worth seeing, was on the verge of decay when it was taken over by the municipality in 1981. From 1982 onwards, it was renovated and expanded as a future farmer's museum.

The museum shows the hard life of a middle peasant family in the Großenhainer Pflege at the beginning of the 20th century. In former times up to 10 persons lived on this three-sided farm, the farmers with their children, the parents of the farm owner, farmhand and maid. Today, numerous pieces from the rural past of the villages around Zabeltitz are presented. The farm includes the dwelling house with living and working areas as well as horned cattle barn, the barn and, of course, a pull-out house where the old farmers lived.

The living quarters are furnished as in great-grandmother's times. In the farm area as well as in the barn numerous old domestic and agricultural tools are exhibited.
