Dresden-Elbland: Scenic Long-Distance Cycling Route

Let yourself be captivated by a special experience - a cycling tour along the Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Route is one of the most charming and diverse cycling routes in Europe. From the Wadden Sea through the Elbe Sandstone Mountains to Bohemia, 1,270 km of variety await you. Here you can experience unique culture and vibrant metropolises, as well as the almost untouched nature of the Elbe floodplains. Those who cycle to Prague will also get to know a piece of the Vltava. The gentle gradient ensures relaxed hours on the bike. The Elbe Cycle Route logo guides you along the way. Eighty percent of the route runs on an independent cycle path. The surface is mostly asphalted and therefore easy to very easy to ride. From Prague to the mouth of the Elbe, there is only a small altitude difference.
