Idyllic hike through Radebeul, to the oldest railroad station building in Saxony

The hike starts in Radebeul Kötzschenbroda. From there, head north along Moritzburger Straße. Turn left onto "Am Bornberge" and follow the road to Ludwig-Richter-Allee. When you reach the Altfriedstein junction, it is worth taking a short detour to the viewpoint. Then continue along Moritzburger Straße until you reach the district of Lindenau. There, turn left towards Kreyernweg. This will take you to Naturruhe Friedewald. Follow the Eichenweg in the direction of the water lily pond. It is worth taking a short break here. Enjoy the idyll, perhaps the white water lilies are in bloom and give the lake a very special charm. Take the forked path to the X-Weg and follow it for several kilometers through natural forests. The Fortshaus Kreyern is located on Moritzburger Straße. Continue along the X-Weg to the Neuer Anbau. From here, the O-Weg leads to the Waldbad Oberau. The forest road and Scheringstraße take you to Niederau railroad station.
