The route starts on the Elbe cycle path in Brockwitz/Coswig and initially leads north along Borngasse. Keep right in Brockwitz and turn left again immediately onto Auerstraße. Follow this road to the "Am Spitzberg" junction, turn left onto Spitzgrundstraße and then immediately right again onto Grenzweg. Follow a forest path to the right and after approx. 900 m turn right again onto Grenzweg. Continue along this path through the forest until you reach Auerweg. Cross Moritzburger Straße there and continue straight on into the forest. Keep left at the next junction and then turn right into the village of Neuer Anbau.
Cross the S81 straight ahead and then turn left onto the "Heidehof" path. After approx. 600 m, turn right onto the LW-Weg and then follow the Sternweg until you reach the old ponds in the wooded area. Immediately after the ponds, turn left onto the W-Weg and then follow the HC-Weg straight ahead until you reach the Ziegelwiese. There, turn right onto the F path in the direction of Bärwalde. Cross the village on Weinböhlaer Straße, at the church and on the Hohlweg. Directly after the village, the route then turns right across the fields along the road "An den Ziegeleien" to Radeburg.
In Radeburg, follow the cycle path along Freiheitsstraße, Gartenstraße, Siedlung, Hospitalstraße, Carolinstraße and Meißner Straße to the market. At the market, turn right onto Heinrich-Zille-Straße and then right again via Schulstraße, Lindenallee, Bahnhofstraße and Anbaustraße to leave the town to the south.
In Berbisdorf, keep right onto "Am Sportplatz" and cycle along the castle park to Berbisdorf Castle. Finally, turn right onto Dammweg and follow Bärnsdorfer Straße/S96 to the entrance to Bärnsdorf. There, turn right onto Cunnertswalder Straße and follow this road to the Jägerteich pond. Then turn sharp left into the forest onto Volkersdorfer Straße, continue straight ahead on Moritzburger Straße and turn left into Waldteichstraße before the forest ponds. Drive along the forest ponds, then turn right onto Alte Dresdner Straße and immediately left again onto Volkersdorfer Straße.
Cross the S81 straight ahead and at the entrance to Reichenberg turn half right into Niedergasse via Dresdner Straße/S179, after about 200 meters turn left onto August-Bebel-Straße and finally continue straight ahead via Großenhainer Straße, Hochlandstraße and "Am Brand".
Here the route now leads left along Lößnitzgrundstraße and south towards Radebeul. Take Weinbergstraße, An der Jägermühle and Schulstraße into the town center, past the Landesbühnen Sachsen. Turn right onto Meißner Straße and then immediately left again onto Weintraubenstraße. From here, the route leads south back onto the Elbe cycle path. Follow the cycle path to the right in the direction of Meißen to finally reach the starting point in Brockwitz/Coswig via Altkötzschenbroda.
