Getting there
The Dresden Technical Collections are easily accessible by public transport operated by the Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe (DVB). From Dresden main station, take tram line 10 in the direction of Striesen and get off at the "Pohlandplatz" stop. The museum is only a few minutes' walk from the stop. Alternatively, you can take bus line 61 in the direction of Weißig and also get off at "Pohlandplatz". Travelling by public transport is a convenient and environmentally friendly option to visit the Technical Collections.
