Mariaberg Winery

Mariaberg Winery

The historic Mariaberg winery is run by the former Saxon wine princess Anja Fritz.

Goldriesling, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Kerner, Traminer, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder thrive on 1.5 hectares of steep and terraced vineyards in the middle of the Meissen Spaargebirge. The oldest vines are already 50 years old. The events on offer include wine tastings and small meals in the historic vaulted cellar or on the wine terrace as well as various wine hikes (1-3.5 hours) with wine tasting through the Spaargebirge. The winery also offers four lovingly furnished vacation apartments for an unforgettable winemaking vacation in Saxony.
