Villa Teresa

In the beautiful ambience of the stately Villa Teresa, restored in 2002, exclusive chamber concerts and other high-quality cultural events take place.
As a centre for chamber music & literature, a cultural monument of the 19th century and a living memorial and research site, the Villa Teresa is one of the important sights in Coswig. The grand middle-class country house was built in 1873 in the Neo-Renaissance style and is one of the most elegant event locations in the region. Even from the outside, the festive perron and a spacious park terrace with water features reflect the elegance and style of the building. Inside, antique interiors, wood panelling, chandeliers and stucco work create a festive ambience. The central room of the house is the chamber music hall with space for up to 100 people, which provides an elegant setting for exquisite concerts and theatre performances.
The magnificent premises and the extensive English park, lined with old elms, limes and oaks, can also be rented for unique celebrations of a private and business nature.
The intimate wedding suite is ideal for retreating after your celebration and staying overnight right in the house.
