Motorway A4 to Wilsdruff junction, then follow the signs to Tharandt

Parking lots at the market (Am Markt), nature market (Pienner Straße/Dresdner Straße), P+R at the train station and Forstcampus TU Dresden (access from Dresdner Straße to the track watchman's hut), as well as at Roßmäßlerstraße and at the primary school (Wilsdruffer Straße)

Public transport

S-Bahn S3 Dresden-Tharandt-Freiberg, Regional train RB30 Dresden-Zwickau or Regional express RE3 Dresden-Hof to P+R Tharandt station (Freital tariff zone VVO)
