Getting there by car

Access via A4 in Dresden or exit the A13 from the direction of Berlin. You can reach Moritzburg via the S179 from Dresden, the S81 from Weinböhla, and Radeburger Straße from Radeburg.

Public transport

You can reach Moritzburg by the Lößnitzgrundbahn from Radebeul Ost and Radeburg. Additionally, you can reach the starting point by bus line 477 from Radeburg and Dresden, 405 from Radeburg and Coswig, as well as line 458 from Großenhain.


In the summer season from April to October, Moritzburg can be reached from Meissen and Weinböhla without transfer by the excursion line M, which daily carries a bicycle trailer for up to 16 bikes.


Between Dresden and Moritzburg, line 477 carries a bicycle trailer hourly on weekends and public holidays during the summer season.

Depending on the weather, some route sections may have a natural muddy surface. The route is not suitable for racing bikes.
